Our standard pick, pack and ship standard is all orders ship within one business day.  If need be, we can ship the same day on orders received by 11:00 AM.

We can use any third-party packing slip or our own packing slip.  We believe having a packing slip is important information for delivery. purposes.

We can receive your boxes fully ready to ship or we can add inserts, sealed air protection or other packaging materials.

We can fully kit and ship group items. We work with both composite and component SKUs, allowing us to combine items in boxes, add additional boxes, or ship in any configuration you need. We can also advise you on the number of kit shipments available based on the components.

Nobody likes returns.  Each return affects your bottom line and we do not want to make a bad thing, worse.  We will inspect and restock your items for free.

Our expert staff and flexible capabilities allows us to perform any service needed.  Just let us know what you need and we will accomplish it.

If an order has not been picked up by the carrier, we can cancel it immediately.  If the order has shipped we can have it returned from the shipper prior to delivery.
